| Wicked Walnut
Baked Brie |
1/3
cup packed light brown sugar
1/2 Wicked Walnuts chopped
2 tsp. water
1 (14 oz.) round brie cheese |

In small mixing bowl,
stir together brown sugar, Wicked Walnuts and water. Place
brie on ovenproof platter. Bake in 400* oven 5 to 7 minutes
until cheese is slightly softened. Spoon Wicked Walnut
mixture on top. Bake 5 to 6 more minutes until sugar is
melted and cheese is heated through.
Serve with crackers and wine. |

| Cranberry
Wicked Walnut Oatmeal Cookies |
1
cup packed light brown sugar
1/2 cup vegetable shortening
1/4 cup softened butter
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 egg
1/4 cup water
2 teaspoons vanilla
3 cups Oats (quick or old fashioned, uncooked)
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt & 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup Cape Cod Cranberry Wicked Walnuts - slightly chopped |

| Heat oven to
350°F. In large bowl, beat sugars & shortening
until creamy. Add egg, water and vanilla; beat well. Add
dry ingredients; mix well. Stir in Wicked Walnuts. Bake
on ungreased cookie sheets, 10 to 12 minutes. |

| Cranberry
Wicked Walnut Glazed Popcorn |
1
cup sugar
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup white corn syrup
1/4 cup water
1 cup Cranberry Wicked Walnuts - slightly chopped
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup popcorn -- popped |

Combine popped popcorn and Wicked Walnuts
in a large bowl, set aside. In
heavy saucepan, combine sugar, butter, corn syrup, and
water. Cook over a moderate heat to 280* on a candy thermometer.
Add the vanilla. Stir well and pour over the popped corn
mixture. Let cool. Break into pieces if necessary. |

| Holiday Wreath
Wicked Walnut Salad |
8
oz. Mediterranean Salad Mix
4 ripe Bosc brown pears, cored and thinly sliced
6 oz. crumbled Bleu cheese
1 cup Cape Cod Cranberry Wicked Walnuts, chopped slightly
Olive oil and balsamic vinaigrette |

| Put salad greens on a round platter.
Arrange pear slices around edge of plate, over the greens
to form a wreath shape. Sprinkle Cranberry Wicked Walnuts
over pears. Top evenly with bleu cheese. Serve with balsamic
vinaigrette dressing. |

| Apple Cranberry
Wicked Walnut Turkey Salad |

cups white meat turkey, cut into bite sized pieces
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup finely chopped celery
1 small apple, peeled and chopped
1 cup Cranberry Wicked Walnuts, slightly chopped |

| Mix
all ingredients together. Serve over lettuce. |

8oz.
cream cheese
2 T orange juice concentrate
2T powdered sugar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. chopped Wicked Walnuts |
